David Hewitt, our Mental Health and Work-Related Stress Trainer has also recently joined the incredible team of volunteer listeners with the Samaritans, the UKs leading charity which aims to reduce death by suicide.
World Suicide Prevention Day is always on 10th September.

The latest suicides statistics, in the UK and Republic of Ireland, show that more than 6,800 people died by suicide. Every life lost to suicide is a tragedy. And we know that suicide is preventable, it’s not inevitable. But not being OK is still widely stigmatised.

What can your business do this month to support anyone in your organisation or community who needs emotional support? More information can be found on the Samaritans website and/or you could consider booking a course with David @East Saxon Training in your workplace on positive Mental Health and Work-Related Stress.

David Hewitt works as a trainer for East Saxon Training sharing his 30 years’ experience in a wide range of courses for business. To find our more email david.hewitt@eastsaxontraining.com
